You could eat a cheesecake filled with mystery ingredients, preservatives and most likely dairy… or you could skip the hassle and make a cheesecake smoothie filled with plant based ingredients! This recipe is a great breakfast or anytime snack that will not only fill you up, but keep you going for the day ahead of you. So sit back, relax and sip your way into cheesecake nirvana!

1 banana, frozen
2 tablespoons cashews, soaked
3/4 cup of almond milk
½ cup of raspberries
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
2 dates

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Garnish with a few raspberries and hemp seeds.
