Choco-Coconut Bliss Balls (Raw & Vegan)Choco-Coconut Bliss Balls (Raw & Vegan) |


1/4 cup of coconut
1/4 cup cacao
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of dates, soaked & drained


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a ball forms.
  2. Press the mixture into a loaf size pan that is lined with baking paper and store in freezer.
  3. Remove from freezer when set and slice into portions.
  4. Creates around 9 small slices. Store in freezer for up to 3 months or the fridge for 1 month.
