Hemp Hummus with Red Palm Oil (Raw & Vegan)

Hemp Hummus with Red Palm Oil (Raw & Vegan) |


1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Red Palm Oil
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup parsley (chopped; optional)
1 lemon (juiced)
1 tsp sea salt (to taste)
1 tsp paprika (to garnish; optional)


  1. Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Add additional olive oil, lemon juice or a bit of water to bring hummus to a smooth consistency.
  3. Serve and garnish with parsley and/or paprika.
