Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1 ripe banana 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder Directions:

  1. Blend the oats in a food processor until they are the consistency of flour.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients.
  3. Continue to blend until a batter forms.
  4. Heat a skillet with a tsp of coconut oil, then pour the batter into 5-6 pancakes.
  5. Fry on medium heat, flipping after around 4 minutes.
  6. Top with your favorite ingredients.
