Ingredients:
1 banana
1/3 cup of oats
1/4 cup quinoa flakes
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 flax egg
3 tablespoons almond milk

Directions:

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl make the flax egg by combining and mixing 1 tbsp. flax meal with 3 tbsp. water.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
  4. Add any toppings such as berries, a banana or peanut butter.
  5. Add to a pre-heated skillet, cook until golden brown and flip.
