Spicy Carrot & Coriander Hummus (Raw & Vegan)

Ingredients: Spicy Carrot & Coriander Hummus (Raw & Vegan) |

1 cup carrots
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp peanut butter
2tsp coriander
1 tsp chili flakes
1 lemon, juiced
4tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
