Spicy Spanish Rice that is simply raw, vegan and delectable.

Rice Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, grated
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
4 green onions, sliced
2 tomatos, chopped
sun-dried olives (optional)

Avocado Sauce Ingredients:
1 avocado
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons chopped basil leaves
5 cloves of garlic
1 + 1/2 tablespoons minced sweet onion
1-2 chili peppers
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon pink himalayan sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)

  1. Combine all of the rice ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Blend all of the sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add sauce to rice and toss to coat.
