You’ve obviously had a smoothie before, but have you ever ditched the straw and tried a smoothie bowl? Sit down, relax and treat yourself with this super creamy smoothie bowl packed with fresh organic vegetables and fruit. If you are in a rush, hey, no worries… go the traditional route and pour your smoothie into a glass for an on-the-go treat!

Sweet and Soothing Smoothie Bowl

Sweet and Soothing Smoothie Bowl |

1/2 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup spinach
1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger (more or less to taste)
1 oz aloe water (optional, but very soothing)
A few ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. The consistency should be that of a light pudding.
  2. Serve topped with ground flaxseed and slivered almonds or cashews.
