There’s no bluffin’ with these muffins

Banana Raisin Muffins (Vegan) |


1 over ripe banana
1/3 cup almond milk
2/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
Handful cranberries (or more if you prefer)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl mash the banana and add almond milk and maple syrup.
  3. In another bowl mix the remaining dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Combine the dry with wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the raisins.
  6. Grease the muffin pan of prepare the muffin cases and fill them up.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
