These pancakes are super nourishing for your body and mind.

Pancake Ingredients:

2 handfuls of spinach
1 flax egg
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
Pinch of baking powder


  1. Warm a skillet on low heat.
  2. Blend all ingredients until a smooth, green batter is formed.
  3. Coat the skillet with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
  4. Pour some of the pancake batter onto the heated pan.
  5. Flip the pancake over after 3 to 4 minutes & remove immediately.
  6. Repeat until all the batter has been used.

Tahini Syrup:

1.5 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp rice malt syrup


  1. Mix all ingredients in an oven-safe bowl.
  2. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
