Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan) |


3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup almond milk
1 medium-size banana, mashed
1/3 cup carob chips


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place tablespoon size scoops of cookie dough onto parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through baking time.
