Tropical Kale Smoothie (Raw & Vegan)

Ingredients:

1 cup kale
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 banana, chopped
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Chop the pineapple and banana into inch size cubes, place them in the blender with the kale.
  2. Add the almond milk, water, chia seeds and flax seeds.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are well mixed, pour into a glass, garnish with optional fruit and enjoy!
