1 cup apricots
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp fresh orange juice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor until well combined.
  2. Roll into balls in the palms of your hands and place on baking tray lines with baking paper.
  3. Leave balls plain or roll into Goji berries, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Cacao Nibs, shredded coconut, sesame seeds etc.
  4. Place in freezer for 1 hour to set.
