Chewy, gooey and healthy bars! Perfect as a snack or dessert!

Chewy Maple Bars (Vegan)

Chewy Maple Bars (Vegan) |


1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup tahini
1 cup muesli grains or old fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice mixed with dried fruit and some seeds. (I used almonds, pecans, cranberries, blueberries and sunflower seeds)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix tahini with maple syrup.
  3. Add muesli or oats and mix with a spoon.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and continue mixing.
  5. Shape 10 bars on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. The bars will not be firm when they come out of the oven so let them cool down a bit.
