Classic fruit salad…with a chia twist!

Chia Fruit Salad (Raw & Vegan) |


1/2 apple, chopped
1/2 pear, chopped
1/2 banana, sliced
2 tbsp. Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds
6 tbsp. water
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 1/2 tbsp. organic sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. maple syrup


  1. Soak the chia seeds in water and stir.
  2. Let them soak for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Chop and mix seasonal fruit in a bowl and top with lemon, maple syrup and sunflower seeds.
  4. Add soaked chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
  5. Enjoy as a healthy refreshing breakfast or snack!
