Coconut Cream Banana Chia Cups (Raw & Vegan) |

Bottom Layer:
Handful of almonds
4 medjool dates
2 tbsp coconut oil

Middle Layer:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 can of coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp coconut oil

Top Layer:
1 tsp cacao butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Process ingredients of the bottom layer together then press into silicone cupcake holders.
  2. Process middle layer ingredients and do the same.
  3. Freeze for around 2 hours.
  4. Melt all ingredients of top layer together and drizzle over the coconut cream cups!
