1 mashed banana
2/3 cup of oats
2/3 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Mash the banana in a bowl then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Leave in the refrigerator over night.
  3. Enjoy in the morning!
