Easy Garlic Bean Dip (Raw & Vegan)

Easy Garlic Bean Dip (Raw & Vegan) | Millennial-Kitchen.com

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, sliced
1 can cannellini beans
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp EVOO
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Dash of salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Drain beans.
  2. Combine beans, minced garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in a food processor.
  3. Season with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  4. Pulse food processor for a few seconds until smooth.
