I know it’s a vegan stereotype, but I LOVE hummus. It’s very easy to make at home, and you save a little money that way too!

Six Ingredient Chipotle Hummus (Raw & Vegan)

1 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, depending how you like your spice


Blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Let chill before serving.
