Ingredients:

1 cup water
6-12 raw almonds
1 teaspoon maca powder
2-4 tablespoons goji berries
3 bananas
2 pitted dates
2 cups frozen mixed berries (blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry)

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.

My name is Kyle and in a short amount of time I have become an advocate for raw vegan food and striving for the highest level of health possible.
