I am currently in love with trying new bar recipes! I find it so convenient to have a snack like this in your fridge. It is super easy to make, delicious, satisfies your sweet cravings and it is totally raw and healthy.

This recipe will make 6 bars.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup whole dried apricots
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup raw cashews
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Directions:

  1. Chop the apricots into tiny pieces.
  2. Blend the cashews and sunflower seeds with one pinch of salt and one pinch of cinnamon using a food processor and set aside
  3. Blend the dates and gradually add the cashew-sunflower seed mixture.
  4. Add apricots and blend well.
  5. On a baking paper flatten the dough and create a rectangular form.
  6. Store in the fridge for 1 hour at least.
  7. Using a knife cut the dough and create 6 bars.
