This delicious Chia Seed Pudding made with Numi Rooibos Chai and Coconut Manna makes a perfect breakfast, snack or dessert!

Chai Coconut Manna Chia Pudding (Vegan) |


3 Numi Rooibos Chai tea bags
1/4 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna™ warmed
7 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Powdered Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
Ground black pepper, dash
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Organic Nutiva Chia Seeds


  1. Boil water and steep tea bags for 15 minutes or longer.
  2. Add enough water to tea to equal 2 3/4 cups and put in blender with warmed coconut manna, maple syrup, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and salt.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. On low setting add chia seeds and stir. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir. Let sit for 10 minutes or longer and stir again.
  5. Pour into bowls, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Optional: garnish with toasted nuts, berries or vanilla wafer.
