Ingredients:

1/2 cup buckwheat or brown rice flour
1/8 cup raw cacao
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water left in fridge for 10 minutes to thicken)
Splash or 2 of almond milk

Directions:

1 Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2 Set your pan to medium heat, and spray with a little oil if needed.
3 Place desired amount of batter onto the pan.
4 Wait to bubbles form on the top to flip.
5 Cook the other side evenly.
