You will feel like you are indulging in some seriously sinful pleasure when you have your first bite.

Nutella Ice Cream (Raw & Vegan) |


Serves 4

1 c. homemade vegan nutella spread or your preferred store bought brand
2 tbsp. hazelnuts (if you don’t have any leftover from making homemade vegan nutella, use almond or cashews)
1/4 c. cacao powder
6 pitted medjool dates
4 frozen coconut cream cubes (or regular ice cubes)*
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. sea salt


  1. Mix all ingredients together minus the frozen coconut cream cubes in a blender or food processor, adding about 1/2 cup coconut (or almond) milk or cream.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into glass container and mix by hand with whisk or spoon every 30-45 minutes, for approximately 2-3 hours.

*The best thing about this ice cream is that you can freeze it and it doesn’t need much time to thaw.
