Pear Almond Chia Pudding (Raw & Vegan) |


2 1/2 C whole coconut milk
1/4 C maple syrup
1-2 tsp. almond extract
dash of salt
1/4 C almonds, sliced or chopped
1/2 C Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds


  1. Blend coconut milk, maple syrup, almond extract and salt in blender until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again.
  3. Let sit for 10 more minutes and stir. Pour into bowls, cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with sliced almonds.
