Pumpkin Butter Bars (Vegan)

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 jar pumpkin butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
