1 cup Oats
2 cups Almond Milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tablespoons applesauce
1 Banana
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp all natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp chia seeds
Pomegranates (optional)
Maple Syrup (optional)

Combine oats and almond milk. Bring to a slow boil.
Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and applesauce. Use hand blender to smooth out oats. Pour in bowl. Drizzle peanut butter over oats. In sauté pan, add coconut oil. Wait until warm, add bananas. Cook until light golden brown on each side. Place bananas over cooked oats. Place blueberries in same pan and warm until juices start to release. You can add a tsp of water to the pan if necessary. Pour over oats. Sprinkle chia seeds and more cinnamon over oats. You can also add a little maple syrup to sweeten it up some more. Enjoy! 🙂
