These are a great little gift idea for the festive season and super easy to make. Go nuts!

1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 1/2 cups almonds
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Healthy pinch sea salt

Preheat oven to 160C/320F and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until nuts coated well. Spread evenly onto tray and bake for around 10 min until almonds start to turn a little darker but don’t let them burn! Remove and let cool a little, break up with a spatula then let cool completely. They will crisp up once cooled. Store in an airtight container.
