I refuse to give up pizza. Its quite possibly one of the greatest foods on this planet and I just refuse to sacrifice that kind of happiness in order to avoid gaining a few pounds. So when I discovered cauliflower crust pizza, I fell in love!! Guilt-free pizza is the way to go!!

Ingredients:
2 cups organic cauliflower
2.5 cups vegan cheese
2 flax eggs
1 tsp oregano
2 dashes of thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp dry basil
Your favorite pizza toppings

Instructions:
Chop your cauliflower into florets and pulse in the food processor into rice-size pieces. Mix your cauliflower + 2 cups of the cheese + flax eggs + all your spices. Spread onto your greased pizza pie pan in an even layer. bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 1 minute before using the spatula to loosen the sides and bottom. Top with chopped spinach, garlic, crispy fried salami, jalapeños, extra cheese, or whatever you’d like! Return to the oven and broil for 3 minutes. Drool-worthy!
