The best thing about pesto is that you can make it completely your own!

Creamy Pesto Pasta Sauce

2 handfuls hydroponically grown basil
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vegan cheese
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Hot Peppers or jalapeños (optional)
*Hint: try using kale or spinach for some extra veggies!*

Pulse all ingredients together in the food processor and toss with warm (freshly cooked) pasta! Enjoy
