Dill Cashew Cheez

(use organic ingredients if accessible)

1 cup (or 120 grams) cashews (then soak them for minimum 4 hours…)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup water
2 T lemon juice
1 medium garlic clove (pressed, or minced)
2 t. onion flakes
1/4 t. sea salt
2 t. dried dill
ground black pepper, to taste

Directions (in food processor):
1. drain cashews
2. throw cashews and all other ingredients EXCEPT dill and black pepper into processor
3. whirl for a minute or so, stop, scrap down sides, whirl again until you get a creamy consistency (time varies based on your food processor)
4. while it is still whirling around, toss in the dill and black pepper and let processor run another 15-30 seconds
5. store in sealed class dish/bpa free container in fridge
6. ENJOY 🙂
