Homemade Hummus

2 cans of chickpeas (800g)
Juice of half a lemon
3 garlic cloves smashed
4-5 TBSPs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsps homemade Tahini paste
Couple pinches of Rock Salt

Place all, bar the oil, in a food processor and start to blend. Slowly add the oil as it blends until you have a nice smooth finish.
Serve with pitta, bread, crisps or in a wrap! Simple & sumptuous!
