Switch up your dessert dish this holiday season and make this amazingly simple crumble! Pair it with some vanilla almond milk ice cream or homemade nicecream!

Peachin’ Pear Crumble

3 lbs organic peaches
1 organic pear
3 Tbsp tapioca starch
2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup organic brown sugar
1/4 cup organic cane sugar
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp organic pure vanilla extract
Vegan ice cream or homemade nice cream (optional)

Wash and slice peaches and pears into similar sizes. Toss in the lemon juice, vanilla and tapioca starch. Add your sugars and cinnamon and toss to coat completely. Place in an 8×8 pan and top with one cup (raw, not yet baked) homemade granola. *I used my recipe for Toasted Fall Granola, which you can also find on my profile*. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream!
