Portobello Mushrooms always play an impressively meaty role in any dish. But this time, you’ll find that these moist and firm little caps serve as the perfect pizza crust!

Portobello Mushroom Mini Pizzas


3 large portobello mushrooms caps
extra virgin olive oil
I used chopped spinach, tomato, and vegan cheese!
Salt, pepper, italian seasoning
Balsamic Vinegar (optional)


Wipe down/clean your caps and place on lined baking sheet. Drizzle your mushrooms with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add your toppings and sprinkle with italian seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Add the balsamic vinegar at the end for a punch of flavor!
