Raw Raspberry-Orange Coconut Fudge

1/2 cup coconut butter(softened)
1/2 cup raspberries
zest from 1 orange

Combine softened coconut butter with raspberries. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle orange zest on top of the mix. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours to set. Once it’s set, cut into chunks and keep in the fridge.
* you can add 1-2 tbsp of a liquid sweetener to the mix if you want a sweeter fudge. Enjoy!
