Sometimes you need something sweet, but don’t want leftovers to sit around for days! This pear crumble is amazing and really hits the spot.

Single-Serving Pear Crumble

1 organic pear
1 tsp vegan butter (like earth balance), softened
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 organic pure vanilla extract

1 TBSP organic brown sugar
1/8 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp earth balance (softened)

Cut your pear into thin slices + toss with remaining ingredients. Layer in an oven-safe dish. Mix all your topping ingredients. Cover your pears with the pecan mixture + bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite vegan ice cream!
