Superfood Date Nut Balls

16 oz. Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup Almonds, chopped
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup Nutiva Organic Hempseeds
2 tbsp. Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp. Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
3 tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 Lemon, juice
1/3 cup coconut, shredded

Mash pitted dates by hand or blend in a food processor. Add chopped nuts, rolled oats, hempseeds, manna, cacao powder, lemon & salt.Blend thoroughly and roll into 1 1/2″ balls. Roll and cover them in shredded coconut.
