Sweet Potato Fries

3-4 Sweet Potatoes or Yams
5 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Sunflower & Red Palm Oil
1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
Pepper to taste
May add additional seasoning to taste (ie. cayenne pepper, garlic salt, cinnamon, Nutiva Organic Coconut Sugar)

1. Slice Sweet Potatoes and soak in a covered large bowl of hot tap water for 5 mins.
2. Preheat oven to 475 and place tray on lowest setting
3. Prepare baking sheet with 4 tbsp. oil and sprinkle with salt
4. Drain potatoes and dry in cloth, put in bowl again and mix in 1 tbsp. oil
5. Line up potatoes in baking sheet and cover with tin foil, bake for 5 mins.
6. Remove foil and bake for 15-20 mins. until lightly browned on bottom, rotating tray mid-way.
7. Flip potato wedges and bake again for 15 mins. until golden.
8. Season with additional salt and pepper or other flavors.
Serve immediately
