A mixture of nuts, spices, and agave gives this organic granola a flavorful crunch. Top your smoothies, parfaits, or eat it by itself!

Toasted Fall Granola

Ingredients:
1 cup organic rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans
*you can use your favorite nuts, and use crushed, halves or whole!*
1/4 cup raw shredded coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp organic pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup organic blue agave nectar

Instructions:
Toss together all your dry ingredients until evenly mixed. Drizzle over your vanilla and agave and mix well to evenly coat. Spread the granola on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. stir granola every 5 minutes for an even toast. Let cool before storing in an airtight container.

I used 1 untoasted/raw cup of this on top of my Peach Crumble dessert! It was a delicious alternative and can be used a 100 ways.
