Vegan Broccoli Mac

Ingredients:
8 oz organic wheat pasta or brown rice pasta (I like spirals!)
1/3 of a large yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small head of organic cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup organic veggie stock
1 TBSP + 1 tsp FlavorGod Everything Spicy Seasoning
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
1/4 cup Braggs nutritional yeast
16 oz organic frozen broccoli
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
Franks Red Hot Sauce

Instructions:
Sautee your onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat as you boil your cauliflower. Drain your cauliflower and place in the pan with the onion, garlic, and 1 tsp of the FlavorGod. Once softened, place in the food processor with 1/2 cup of the stock and puree until smooth. Begin cooking your pasta and boiling your frozen broccoli until softened. Return your cauliflower puree to the pan and add the other 1/2 cup of stock + almond/coconut milk + nutritional yeast + lemon juice + salt + mustard + onion/garlic powder. Keep sauce on medium/low heat as you drain your pasta and broccoli. Toss your pasta, broccoli, and remaining 1 TBSP of FlavorGod in the sauce with a few dashes of hot sauce. Serve up hot. NOMNOMS
