These are delicious and easy-to-make homemade chocolate dipped strawberries. Choose your favorite chocolate bar to cover fresh strawberries and add a special element to any celebration or gathering. A wonderful option for gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo or vegan diets.

1 Dark Chocolate Bar melted
1 tbsp. Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
15 Strawberries
1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
2. Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and melt in a double-boiler or in a bowl over a pot of boiled water. Be sure not to burn the chocolate.
3. Add the coconut oil and stir until thoroughly mixed.
4. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then dip each strawberry into chocolate. You may have to tilt the pot to reach the desired depth on the strawberry.
5. Place the strawberry on wax or parchment paper and let cool. Continue with each strawberry.
6. Re-dip strawberries for a second coat, repeating steps 5 and 6.
7. Let cool and refrigerate.
8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
