Super creamy and delicious homemade fudge for your favorite Valentine! Guaranteed to cure any chocolate or fudge craving. Give your favorite people a true gift from the heart.

1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil warmed
1/4 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna™ warmed
1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Sugar spun fine
1/2 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Heart Mold (we recommend Wilton 6-Cavity Silicone Heart Mold Pan)
1. Spin the coconut sugar in a blender or coffee grinder for 1 minute until powder fine
2. Warm the coconut manna and coconut oil separately by placing each jar in a bowl of hot tap water. Use a blunt knife to chop and stir manna until creamy. This may take 15 minutes or so.
3. Pour 1/4 cup coconut and 1/2 cup coconut oil into a bowl and stir in the sugar, cacao, vanilla and salt. Stir thoroughly until smooth and thick.
4. Pour 2-3 tbsp. of the fudge mix into each heart mold (or add more for desired thickness).
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until hard.
6. Remove chocolates from the heart molds and repeat step 4 & 5 for a second batch.
7. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
